DCI obtained the orders at Milimani law court to detain Kithinji to assist in a probe into a suspected web involved in child trafficking. Police retrieved condoms and empty bottles of an assortment of alcohol and bhang from her house. The four suspects are suspected to be part of the organisers of the event where the minors were found boozing and partaking in an orgy. 44 minors from Kiambu, Nairobi and Machakos were handed over to the Department of Children Services.
In order to assist in a trial in a supposed web site involve children traffickers and expose minors to sexual abuse and exploitation, including prostitution and pornography, the DCI receive orders from Milimani's Law Court to detain Kithinji.
Corporal Julius Oguma from Dagoretti DCI stated in an affidavit before the court, that police had recovered condoms and emptied containers from Mrs Kithinji's house, a variety of alcohol and marijuana.
Mr Oguma claims that pornography happened with the minors in her possession in the premises in which alcoholic beverages and cannabis Sativa were discovered. After being informed by her son who hosted the party, the police say that she was aware of the party. Mrs Kithinji and her accomplices David Kibe Wambui, George Kamau Muthoni and Michael Morega, who have been reported to have committed offences, will be detained in Kabete police station.
The four suspects are suspected of participating in the event
