Ms. Kipchumba is suspected, between August and November in Lavington, of stealing Sh311,900 worth of gold and sized jewels, all priced for one million Anei Achol Malong Awan. Ms Awan is said, after she had broken up and then gave her nearly 100 000 to clear the hiring deductions, to have allowed her to move into her house along with her daughter. Before Ms Awan was back in South Sudan, they would visit each other on a regular basis and go to the club together. It has been said that Ms Kipchumba has continued to see Ms Awan's house every time she gets her sister's keys before she is returned only to find the gems that are missing.

She mentioned the matter to the police, and the numerous things belonging to Kejiadu were allegedly retrieved during a search at Ms. Kipchumba's home. Ms Kipchumba, however, refuted the robbery allegations before Senior Chief Magistrate Esther Bhoke of the Kibera Court of Justice. She was released on a Sh500,000 bond and an additional cash bail of Sh50,000. The matter will be listened to on 7 December.

Police retrieved condoms and empty bottles of an assortment of alcohol and bhang from her house. The four suspects are suspected to be part of the organisers of the event where the minors were found boozing and partaking in an orgy. 44 minors from Kiambu, Nairobi and Machakos were handed over to the Department of Children Services.

Mr Oguma claims that pornography happened with the minors in her possession in the premises in which alcoholic beverages and cannabis Sativa were discovered. After being informed by her son who hosted the party, the police say that she was aware of the party. Mrs Kithinji and her accomplices David Kibe Wambui, George Kamau Muthoni and Michael Morega, who have been reported to have committed offences, will be detained in Kabete police station.
